Pompidou

The Pompidou Center will close in the summer of 2025 for five years to undergo extensive renovation work. The final exhibition, dedicated to the Surrealist movement from 1924 to 1969, was closed at January 13, 2025.

Closure timetable:

The relocation of collections begins in October 2024 
Initial closures to the public start at the beginning of 2025
Performance halls close at the beginning of 2025 
The museum and library officially close in March 2025 
The full closure of exhibition spaces will be in the summer of 2025 
The relocation process will be completed by the end of 2025
