Under Armour, in collaboration with UNLESS Collective, unveiled its first collection of compostable sportswear, made entirely from plant-based materials. The collection debuted at Milan Design Week, accompanied by an installation that visually showcased the garment’s lifecycle – from cotton field to compost. The line was labeled “regenerative” and includes hoodies, T-shirts, jackets, and footwear, forming a complete athletic wardrobe, all made from 100% plant-based sources.
The initiative aims to create performance wear that, at the end of its life cycle, doesn’t pollute the planet but instead literally returns to the earth.
