Artisanal by Maison Margiela
The debut of Glenn Martens
In Paris, Belgian designer Glenn Martens made his debut as creative director of Maison Margiela with the Fall 2025 Artisanal haute couture collection. His first showing paid homage to the legacy of Martin Margiela – featuring masks, antique prints, and deconstructed silhouettes.
The show took place at Le Centquatre, the same venue where Margiela staged his final presentation back in 2009. The collection made extensive use of repurposed materials: vintage leather jackets, lining fabrics, and costume jewelry.
