The concept of haute couture was born in the capital of France, and now, in the best traditions of the fashion world, Paris regularly hosts Haute Couture Week. We focus on the accessories that are impossible to miss.

Couture to the fingertips

Even though the collections presented are for the autumn-winter 2024 season, gloves were not overlooked. Long gloves up to the forearm, hand-embroidered, transparent and airy, accent-colored: gloves are definitely claiming the title of the year’s main accessory.

Less is better

The trend for small bags remains strong. It’s no surprise that at Haute Couture Week, miniature accessories were present at almost every show. Practical and spacious bags are for prêt-à-porter, while small box-like, beaded and sequined, rigid forms, and soft vintage-inspired accessories were in the hands of models in Paris.

“Clear Vision” in fashion

Fendi presented their vision of haute couture accessories. On the runway, models wore glasses with transparent lenses and unconventional frames encrusted with stones. It looks modern, unusual, and somewhat reminiscent of the transparent glasses from the 2010s.
