Acne Studios opens art space
The brand redesigns its first store in Paris
Acne Studios is transforming its first store in Paris into a permanent art space. The Acne Paper Palais Royal gallery will open on June 26 and will serve as a venue for exhibitions, lectures, presentations, and other cultural events. The first exhibition will feature a series of portraits of Gerrit Rietveld Academie students by photographer Paul Kooiker.
The brand emphasizes that it is not involved in selling art but aims to support talented artists.
