The total-black trend dominated the night, with Kelly Rutherford in Robert Wun, Gwendoline Christie in Giles Deacon, Hannah Dodd in Simone Rocha, Timothée Chalamet in Prada, Zoë Saldaña in Saint Laurent, and Kylie Jenner in a vintage 1995 John Galliano gown.

In the Best Costume Design category, Paul Tazewell won for his work on Wicked. He used exclusively vegan-friendly materials, emphasizing sustainability.
The top award of the evening, Best Film, went to Conclave. Mikey Madison won Best Actress for her performance in Anora, while Kieran Culkin (A Real Pain) and Zoë Saldaña (Emilia Perez) received Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress awards, respectively.
