In anticipation of Matthieu Blazy’s debut as the new creative director, the Chanel team presented the Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2025 collection, which reflects the enduring vision of the house's founder, Gabrielle Chanel. She not only adored black and white tones but also cherished delicate shades.

The show took place at the Grand Palais in Paris, under its iconic domed roof. Models walked on a double runway, symbolizing infinity, set to a composition by composer Gustave Rudman.

Mirroring the cycle of a day, each look moved from soft dawn shades to the inky depths of night. The show opened with an ensemble of light silk crêpe, followed by tweed suits in shades of yellow, lilac, and pink. Deep midnight blue and shimmering white closed the show, reflecting the twinkling stars in the night sky. The allegory of light, fabric, and time was reinterpreted through intricate embroidery, complemented by graphic braids and buttons adorned with crystals.

The strictness of the silhouettes was balanced by an airy playfulness: flowing diaphanous fabrics unveiled the craftsmanship of the atelier, while the alternation of long and short dresses created a sense of dynamic movement.
