David Hockney exhibition to open at Fondation Louis Vuitton
A showcase of the artist's work across the years
The largest retrospective exhibition in history dedicated to David Hockney is set to take place at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris. The exhibition will feature several previously unseen works, including the painting "After Blake: Less is Known than People Think," inspired by Dante Alighieri’s "Divine Comedy."
Visitors will have the chance to view Hockney’s recent creations as well as paintings that have remained in private collections or the artist’s studio for many years. The exhibition will span all of the foundation’s buildings and is scheduled to open this April.
