Dior
Reimagining of the Lady Dior

In the new Dior Fall 2025 collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri reimagines the iconic Lady Dior bag, adorning it with embroidered cherry blossoms and peonies in a voluminous relief. The design draws inspiration from the philosophy of ikebana, where every detail reflects the poetic balance of Japanese decorative art.
The collection was showcased in Kyoto, among blooming gardens, emphasizing Dior’s deep connection to Japanese culture. Inspiration was also drawn from the archival works of Christian Dior, who first presented his designs in Japan in 1953.
