Four artists reimagine the iconic Lady Dior Bag
The ninth series of the Dior Lady Art project has arrived, with four artists bringing their unique touch to the classic Lady Dior bag.
American artist Vaughn Spann hand-painted the bag, drawing inspiration from his Flame series, which explores African American identity. Faith Ringgold worked on variations themed around the Harlem Renaissance.
Paris-based “botanical virtuoso” Duy Anh Nhan Duc created a plant-inspired Lady Dior, while artist Liang Yuanwei reimagined the bag to resemble Chinese porcelain.
