On August 8, 2025, Doja Cat performed the track Jealous Type at the Outside Lands festival in San Francisco. The song will serve as the lead single from her fifth studio album, Vie. The official release of Jealous Type is scheduled for August 21. Before its release, the track was previewed live and through snippets on social media.
