Hollywood stars always look fit and toned, but behind their sculpted bodies lies more than just good genetics – it’s a carefully structured fitness routine. Boxing, Pilates, yoga, or functional training, celebrities know how to make exercise a part of their lifestyle, turning workouts into an enjoyable habit.

Gisele Bündchen 

A successful supermodel and an icon of a healthy lifestyle, Gisele Bündchen follows the philosophy that “a strong body leads to a clear mind”. She combines various forms of exercise to stay fit and energized.

A key element of her routine is daily yoga, combined with breathwork and meditation. Additionally, she practices boxing, Pilates, functional training, surfing, and takes long outdoor walks.

 

Kendall Jenner 

To maintain her slim and toned physique, one of the world’s most in-demand models mixes different types of workouts. She focuses on strength training (squats, lunges, planks, and core exercises) and adds cardio, boxing, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This combination of jumping, running, bodyweight exercises, and short rest periods is highly effective for burning calories and boosting metabolism.

Despite her love for intense workouts, Kendall also practices yoga and Pilates and prioritizes an active lifestyle. She enjoys horseback riding, running, swimming, and simply staying in motion. As she often says, the most important thing is having fun in the process.

Hailey Bieber 

Unlike many stars, Hailey doesn't believe in exhausting gym sessions – instead, she chooses workouts that make her feel strong and healthy. Her go-to workout is Pilates on a reformer, which she does several times a week. Yoga and stretching are also key parts of her fitness routine.

When Hailey wants a more intense workout, she opts for boxing, which helps her stay in shape while relieving stress. She also loves cardio exercises, including running, jump rope, and dance workouts.

The rising model inherited both beauty and discipline from her iconic mother, Cindy Crawford. Kaia’s training focuses on full-body workouts, including squats, lunges, planks, and weight training.

Like many models, Kaia regularly practices Pilates on a reformer and yoga, which improves posture and relieves tension – especially after long flights and intense photoshoots. 

 

Candice Swanepoel  

The Victoria’s Secret Angel is known for her perfect balance of flexibility, definition, and femininity. Candice favors bodyweight strength training and boxing, using it for both cardio and full-body toning.

Being from South Africa, she has a deep love for surfing and swimming, which she credits as her secret to a lean and sculpted physique. Additionally, she is a huge yoga fan, practicing several times a week. Her number one rule is listening to the body – if it needs rest, she never forces herself to work out.
