Fendi presents its anniversary collection
The show was held as part of the Spring-Summer 2025 season
Fendi’s women’s line is celebrating its 100th anniversary, marked by a jubilee show in Milan. The event brought together four generations of women: Silvia Venturini Fendi, responsible for men’s collections and accessories; her mother, Anna, who introduced the world to Fendi; her grandmother, Adele, who opened the first Fendi store in Rome in 1925; and Silvia’s daughter, Delfina, whom Kim Jones called his primary muse—she also designs the brand’s jewelry.
Kim Jones united the visions of these four women through the craftsmanship of the brand’s atelier, a harmonious color palette, and the disruptive modernism of the Jazz Age.
The collection featured semi-transparent dresses with dropped waists, embellished with botanical motifs and pearl detailing. Relaxed-fit robes, suede skirts, and mesh vests were also prominent in the Spring-Summer 2025 collection.
Jones also designed a footwear line in collaboration with Red Wing. The partnership resulted in workwear-inspired moccasin boots, mesh shoes, and boho-style Baguette bags with impressive detailing, including fringe, charms, and headphone cases.
