House of McQueen

Next season’s New York Fashion Week will open with a theatrical production titled House of McQueen, dedicated to the life and legacy of Lee Alexander McQueen. The show will take place on September 9.

The production’s creative director is the designer’s nephew, Gary James McQueen, who sees it as his mission to introduce a new generation to the man behind the iconic brand, many of whom, he says, “don’t really understand the person behind the brand.”
