Inclusive Barbie
A doll with diabetes is now available
To make play more reflective of real life, Mattel has released a new Barbie doll with Type 1 diabetes. The set includes an insulin pump and a glucose meter. The inspiration for the doll was Lila Moss, daughter of Kate Moss, who lives with Type 1 diabetes.
