“LA MUSEUM SHIBUYA” exhibition in Tokyo
From Comme des Garçons to McQueen
A unique exhibition titled “LA MUSEUM SHIBUYA” has opened in Tokyo, organized by the renowned vintage store Laila. The exhibition features approximately 50 iconic outfits from legendary designers, including Comme des Garçons, Yohji Yamamoto, Antwerp Six, John Galliano, Margiela, and Alexander McQueen.
The exhibition is being held in the eponymous virtual fashion museum, which is opening a physical space for the very first time. Visitors will have the opportunity to see iconic looks from the 1970s to the 2000s, presented in five themed sections.
The exhibition will run for two weeks, after which the building housing it will be demolished. This makes the event even more exclusive and significant for the fashion world.
