Paris will host the first runway show of Central Asian brands, where LALI will present its Fall–Winter 2025/26 collection – an ode to Uzbekistan’s gold embroidery heritage. Designer Lali Fazylova reinterprets the ancient techniques of Bukhara embroidery. The visual inspiration behind the LALI collection is drawn from the stylized floral paintings of the palace of the Emir of Bukhara, Sayyid Mir Muhammad Alim Khan “Sitorai Mokhi Khosa”, and the refined bouquet motifs that adorn the ayvans of old Bukhara.

As part of the show, LALI partnered with the Kazakh jewelry house SALTANAT Diamond Gallery. The jewelry, inspired by the natural beauty of southern Kazakhstan – from butterflies to steppe poppies, served as an exquisite complement to the looks.

“Central Asia’s gold embroidery heritage is a true treasure of global culture. It has long earned its place in museum collections around the world. However, we usually encounter it in an ethnographic or folkloric context. With this collection, we aimed to reinterpret it through the lens of contemporary fashion,” says Lali Fazylova.
