MSA Resort — the future of tourism in harmony with culture
A look inside the presentation of the new resort complex at Nika restaurant
Tashkent hosted the presentation of an ambitious new project — MSA Resort, set to become a hub for travelers and a platform for cultural exchange. The event took place on December 20 at Nika, a new restaurant specializing in Greek-Turkish cuisine, where guests enjoyed exquisite dishes and local wines. The resort's construction in the Parkent district of Tashkent Region began in 2024 and is scheduled for completion in 2025.
In 2020, spouses Sanjar and Kamila Mirakhmedova founded the family winery MSA Family Winery, producing natural and premium wines following European standards. Since 2022, they have successfully showcased Uzbek wines at the renowned Cité du Vin wine museum in Bordeaux, France, earning acclaim and prestigious awards at international competitions, including gold and silver medals.
The new MSA Resort will focus on developing key areas such as agriculture, gastronomic, ethnographic, and agro-tourism, as well as the modern production of grapes and other agricultural products. This picturesque location will serve as a center that brings together Uzbekistan's rich culture, unique natural landscapes, and modern infrastructure.
The resort will feature multifunctional spaces designed to host various events: open-air areas for relaxation and entertainment, a yurt camp styled with ethnic décor, as well as a hotel, restaurant, and tasting room capable of accommodating over 1,000 visitors. Guests will have the opportunity to delve into the history of viticulture and winemaking in Central Asia, as well as explore a center dedicated to the region’s historical and cultural heritage.
