Navruz squash tournament 2025
March 21–23 at BEFIT ECO fitness boutique courts

To celebrate the arrival of spring and the traditional Navruz holiday, the BEFIT ECO fitness boutique will host an international squash tournament from March 21 to 23.
Squash is a fast-paced and strategic sport that continues to gain popularity worldwide, challenging players to think quickly and make split-second decisions. Played indoors, this sport requires specialized rackets and balls, making it a thrilling and dynamic competition.
The Navruz Squash Open is an annual international tournament that welcomes both professionals and enthusiasts of various skill levels. This year, the competition will bring together over 100 athletes from countries such as Switzerland, Nepal, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Belarus, Germany, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Uzbekistan.
Participants will compete in four categories for both men and women:
Category "A"
Advanced amateur players, junior national team members, squash trainers, sparring partners, and professional athletes with master or candidate master ranks in racket sports.
Category "B"
Intermediate-level players who have participated in local tournaments and squash leagues. Players may enter Category A tournaments if they have an appropriate skill level.
Category "C"
Beginners and intermediate-level players with over three months of squash experience.
Category "Beginners"
Newcomers with 0–3 months of squash experience. Exceptions may be made for players with more than three months of training but at a low skill level (at the discretion of coaches and referees).
This event aims to promote an active lifestyle and encourage mass sports participation across all age groups. Additionally, it serves as a platform to boost domestic and international tourism by hosting exciting and memorable sporting events.
The event organizers, BeFit Fitness and Wellness, strive to create an environment where every participant can showcase their skills, embrace the competitive spirit, and experience the thrill of teamwork and healthy rivalry.
