Prospex Line celebrates 60th anniversary

Seiko is marking the 60th anniversary of its Prospex collection with the launch of three exclusive timepieces: Prospex Marinemaster "Shinkai" 600m Saturation Diver, Prospex 1968 Heritage Diver’s GMT, and Prospex 1965 Heritage Diver’s.

The 1965 Heritage Diver’s model draws inspiration from Seiko’s first-ever diver’s watch, the iconic 62MAS, introduced in 1965. Its design pays tribute to the legendary Hokusai woodblock print, The Great Wave. The 1968 Heritage Diver’s GMT features a distinctive dial pattern and a case back engraved with The Great Wave, along with an upgraded bracelet for enhanced durability and comfort.

The most technologically advanced of the three, the Marinemaster "Shinkai", is crafted from lightweight, scratch-resistant titanium and equipped with a new-generation movement. This model embodies Seiko’s deep-rooted connection to the sea, symbolizing the brand’s legacy in deep diving and horological innovation.
