Sydney Sweeney may become the next Bond girl. The actress is currently the top contender for the role. In June, Amazon MGM Studios officially announced that the new James Bond film will be directed by Denis Villeneuve, known for “Dune”, “Blade Runner 2049”, and “Arrival”. The director considers Sweeney “incredibly talented” and “highly appealing to a younger audience.” His praise for the actress, along with remarks about being impressed by her meteoric rise, has only fueled speculation.
