The First Mansion of the Luxurious Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Opens in Bodrum
The House of Bvlgari has unveiled the first completed mansion within the exclusive Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Bodrum project — already hailed as a new symbol of refined living on the Aegean coast.

The project was developed by AHEN, a company founded by Mehmet Cengiz, Chairman of Cengiz Holding, one of Turkey’s largest business conglomerates. The architectural concept was created by the renowned firm ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, celebrated for its sensual approach to contemporary Italian design and for designing all Bvlgari hotel projects.
Architecture Immersed in Nature
The complex occupies 60 hectares of untouched peninsula stretching between two picturesque bays. Among terraces and gardens covering a total area of 68 hectares will be located 101 villas with three to six bedrooms. Each home is seamlessly integrated into the landscape, with rooftops covered in native vegetation, creating the illusion of a natural extension of the surrounding hills. This approach highlights Bvlgari’s commitment to sustainability and harmony with nature.

The First Mansion: An Embodiment of Italian Sophistication
The first completed mansion, now open for private visits, showcases the project’s full magnificence. The two-story residence with six bedrooms features a spacious double-height living room, a sculptural staircase, and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. Interiors are furnished with pieces from Molteni&C | Dada Engineered, B&B Italia, Flexform, Maxalto, and illuminated by Flos, FontanaArte, Aggio, and Oluce. Every detail — from Altai rugs to bespoke finishes — emphasizes Bvlgari’s exceptional quality and aesthetic vision.

The mansion also houses a collection of Turkish contemporary art, including works by Mubin Orhan, Ergin Inan, and Devrim Erbil, complemented by an 18th-century Anatolian kilim and ceramics from the Florentine workshop Cantagalli.

A Mediterranean Oasis
The residence is surrounded by a landscaped garden that gently descends toward a private beach terrace. The centerpiece of the outdoor area is a 16-meter infinity pool that creates a sense of boundless horizon. The space also includes a summer living area with a fireplace and an open-air dining zone.

Sustainability and Innovation
At the core of the project lies eco-friendly architecture and responsible design. The landscape plan by Cracknell incorporates native flora and water-saving solutions to create a living ecosystem.

The façades are clad in travertine and sandstone, while high-performance windows provide superior thermal insulation. Materials include Denizli travertine, Perla Rocca quartzite, and fittings from Axor, Antonio Lupi, Kaldewei, Duravit, and Geberit. Stone extracted during construction was reintegrated into the landscape, preserving the peninsula’s natural balance.

Lighting by ZKLD Studio employs soft, warm tones that accentuate natural textures without disturbing the environment’s rhythm.
Exclusive Privileges
Mansion owners will enjoy access to the future Bvlgari Resort Bodrum amenities, including signature restaurants Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Hoseki, La Spiaggia, and the legendary Bvlgari Bar.

Guests will also have access to a 2,200 sq. m spa center featuring hyperbaric therapy, dry flotation, and a Himalayan sauna, as well as two private beach clubs and an amphitheater overlooking the sea.

This marks a new expression of the Bvlgari philosophy — a fusion of architectural excellence, sustainable design, and Italian hospitality in the heart of the Mediterranean.
