Academy Award-winning actress and avant-garde icon Tilda Swinton will be honored with a dedicated retrospective at Amsterdam’s Eye Filmmuseum. Titled Tilda Swinton – Ongoing, the exhibition opens on September 28 and will trace Swinton’s 40-year career, highlighting her collaborations with directors such as Luca Guadagnino, Pedro Almodóvar, Jim Jarmusch, and others.
The exhibition will feature eight unique pieces, showcasing a fusion of cinema, fashion, and photography, including installations by fashion historian Olivier Saillard and imagery by renowned photographer Tim Walker. Personally curated by Swinton herself, the project emphasizes the importance of creative partnerships throughout her artistic journey.
