Ultima Yandex Go:

Ultima Yandex Go has unveiled the longlist of restaurants under consideration for inclusion in the Ultima Guide – the first-ever high-tech restaurant guide dedicated to Tashkent. Using artificial intelligence, the service selected 140 venues that are popular with guests and stand out for their unique concepts and food quality. The top 20 restaurants will be featured in the official Ultima Guide.

The Ultima Guide will be officially presented at a special ceremony in May. Final selection will be based on the second stage of evaluation – a voting process involving 4,500 Yandex Go users and 39 independent experts, including restaurateurs, chefs, food critics, media representatives, and influencers.

To compile the longlist, the AI system analyzed over 3,000 restaurants in Tashkent, using metrics such as the number of orders and visits, reviews in the Yandex Maps app, and over 100 additional criteria.

The longlist includes both well-known establishments and smaller cafes. The only exceptions are venues that opened less than three months before voting, classic bars, coffee shops, food halls, and restaurant chains with more than three locations. Being a Yandex Go partner is not required for inclusion in the guide.

The full list of candidates is available on the official project website. Neither the guide nor the longlist is a ranking, so all restaurants are listed in alphabetical order.

The Ultima Guide aims to help users quickly discover great dining options in Tashkent and allow the selected venues to reach a wider audience.
