Naomi Campbell to be the face of the Black Carpet Awards

Supermodel Naomi Campbell will be the face of the Black Carpet Awards ceremony, set to take place on September 24 in Milan during Fashion Week. Established by the Afro Fashion Association, the award annually honors change-makers from underrepresented communities in Italy who are making an impact in culture, the creative industries, and entrepreneurship.

This year, the jury will select winners in five categories: Culture, Heritage, Creativity, Community, and Business. The award’s founder, Michelle Francine Ngonmo, emphasizes that the event aims to promote inclusivity, celebrate diversity, and inspire global change.
