ELLE opens first branded residence in Miami

ELLE Residence Miami
The residence by the international brand ELLE is expected to have 25 floors with 180 turnkey homes ranging from one-bedroom apartments to penthouses. The project by the world’s leading fashion and lifestyle media brand is expected to be both innovative and glamorous, reflecting the magazine’s Parisian roots.
ELLE Residences Miami is a collaborative project between Vertical Developments, Urban Network Capital Group and French publisher Lagardère News. The complex will be located north of downtown, on the bayside – in the Edgewater neighborhood. In addition to residential units, the building will have two floors fully dedicated to various amenities. Here, potential buyers will find a state-of-the-art gym, outdoor fitness area, meditation garden and luxury spa. Other features include a rooftop pool and a chic residents-only lounge.
