World-famous chefs Maxime Frédéric and Arnaud Donckele, who work together at Cheval Blanc Paris, are once again crafting culinary masterpieces at the Louis Vuitton summer restaurant at the White 1921 Hotel. Reflecting the spirit of the Côte d'Azur, their exquisite neo-gastronomic menu explores the flavors and relaxed lifestyle synonymous with this region.
Sharing a passion for authentic cuisine, the chefs create dishes that pay homage to Mediterranean flavors and reinterpret classic French desserts in new ways.The open-air restaurant, seating 40, will be open until the end of September. It is furnished with rattan furniture and adorned with macramé decor. Tableware, embellished with vibrant coral and pink motifs from the new LV By The Pool summer collection, beautifully complements the gastronomic space.
