Alexandre Arnault, Executive Vice President at LVMH and son of Bernard Arnault, has been nominated for a seat on Moncler’s board of directors. The proposal will be reviewed at the shareholders’ meeting on April 16, which also includes a motion to expand the board from 12 to 15 members. The nomination follows LVMH’s acquisition of a 10% stake in Double R, Moncler’s largest shareholder.
