Miu Miu unveils the Upcycled 2024 collection
Featuring kilts, wool sweaters, leather jackets, and more
The House of Miu Miu has introduced its Upcycled Holiday 2024 collection, titled The Making Of. The collection showcases a range of unique pieces, including tartan kilts in various colors, lace tops, leather jackets adorned with appliqués, wool sweaters, pompom beanies, and knitted Wander bags.
The collection is built around four distinct narratives: Recycled leather sourced globally; Vintage kilts from the 1950s to the 1970s; Yarn crafted from archival remnants, with a focus on curated color palettes; Upcycled embroidery, incorporating black Chantilly lace bases.
Each piece carries its own story and origin, coming together to create a cohesive vision of sustainable fashion.
