New Addams Family animated film

Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, the creators of the “Wednesday” series, are working on a full-length animated film about the Addams Family. The new project is being developed for Amazon MGM Studios and will not be connected to previous screen adaptations. The production involves producers Gail Berman and John Glickman, as well as Kevin Miserocchi – the keeper of the legacy of Charles Addams, creator of the original characters. The team promises to preserve the signature dark humor but present it in a new format. The film will be released in theaters, but plot details, cast, and the premiere date have not yet been revealed.
