Phoebe Philo is preparing to open her first-ever store in London. The designer has chosen the Mayfair district for the debut flagship, which will be located on Carlos Place - directly across from The Row and near The Connaught hotel – in the heart of Mount Street, one of the capital’s most prestigious addresses.
