Saint Laurent presents Spring-Summer 2025 collection
Powerful yet stylish
Anthony Vaccarello presented his spring-summer collection for Saint Laurent on Rue de Bellechasse, the very location where he held his first show in 2016. The runway was dominated by “Power Women,” showcasing gender-neutral tailored looks that blurred the lines between masculine and feminine styling.
Oversized trench coats, leather and satin bombers were paired with ties, sunglasses, and statement jewelry. There was a distinct nod to Morocco through bohemian influences, as Vaccarello drew inspiration from the Berbers, the ancient people of North Africa, with touches of their traditional jewelry evident in the collection's chunky beaded necklaces.
The lineup also featured robe-like coats, mini skirts, and lace tops with open backs, infusing an alluring element into the ensemble. Vaccarello expertly fused Indian and Chinese influences, adding vibrant color-blocking: grassy green mixed with lilac, seafoam blue contrasted with ochre, teal paired with fiery red-orange, and rich chocolate blended seamlessly with moss green.
