The ELLE O’zbekiston editorial team looked into the morning routines of several models to inspire you to create your own morning rituals.
Miranda Kerr
The Australian supermodel, entrepreneur, and one of the most recognizable figures in the fashion world, Miranda Kerr, has plenty of great morning habits. As the model herself notes, the morning is a particularly important time for her, setting the tone for the entire day. That’s why Miranda tries to wake up at 5–6 a.m. and start her day calmly. Right after waking, she dedicates time to a short meditation. Then, without fail, before breakfast, she drinks a warm glass of water with lemon to activate her metabolism. To help her body fully awaken, Miranda does simple stretches or a short yoga session. Skincare and mini day-planning are also essential parts of her morning routine.
Gigi Hadid
Designer, entrepreneur, and model Gigi Hadid is a fan of "balance" rather than strict rituals. She often emphasizes that she doesn’t force herself to perfectly stick to a regime but listens more to her inner feelings. Thus, Gigi doesn’t force herself to wake up early, preferring to get up later. As she says, good, restful sleep is the main secret to her beauty and energy. An essential part of her ritual is a delicious and hearty breakfast. Gigi often opts for eggs, toast, and coffee.
