ELLE Launches Its First Residential Projects in Latin America

ELLE continues to expand its branded residences portfolio. Following projects in Miami and Dubai, the brand has announced the launch of two residential concepts in São Paulo — Casa ELLE and ELLE Collection São Paulo.

The projects are being developed in partnership with Brazilian developer Meira Mattos Incorporadora, HUS Arquitetos, interior design studio The One Atelier, and ARQUINAUT, which oversees the creative direction of ELLE’s global real estate portfolio.

Together, the two developments will comprise 25 residences. Located in Brooklin Velho, Casa ELLE will feature 11 homes of approximately 480 sq m, each with five suites, a rooftop terrace and a private pool. The architecture will bring together the heritage of Brazilian modernism and ELLE’s contemporary aesthetic.

The second project, ELLE Collection São Paulo, will be located in Alto da Boa Vista and will comprise 14 residences. Privacy, the relationship between architecture and landscape, and an abundance of greenery are central to the concept.

Both projects are united by the idea of bringing ELLE’s aesthetic and values beyond media and into everyday living. Here, the brand’s French heritage enters into dialogue with the architecture, nature and cultural energy of São Paulo.

The new residences mark another step in the expansion of ELLE’s lifestyle universe, which already includes Maison ELLE hotels, ELLE Resort & Beach Club in Bali, as well as the brand’s café and spa concepts.
