Italian Fashion Shows in Tashkent

From October 9 to 11, the company Click, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Italian Embassy in Uzbekistan, will host a series of Alta Moda events dedicated to Italian haute couture. The project is curated by Stefano Dominella, honorary president of the fashion house Gattinoni.

The program will include runway shows, an exhibition, and an art performance. Among the participants are Guillermo Mariotto, Saman Loira, Francesca Liberatore, Gianfranco Fusco, Gianpaolo Zuccarello, Antonio Marino, the Academy of Costume and Fashion, and Modateca Deanna. The schedule will also feature a show by Uzbek designer Azucar Moreno in support of the local fashion industry. The events will take place at the Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theatre and on the 41st floor of Nest One. The program will open with the exhibition "Italy Is Fashion", showcasing iconic looks from films by Fellini, Bergman, Hepburn, and Loren. Students from Modartech will present a “living painting” – a performance that blends tradition and experimentation. The project is designed to strengthen cultural and business ties between Italy and Uzbekistan.
