Jonathan Anderson marked his 10-year tenure at Loewe with a spring-summer collection that was both a tribute to the brand’s legacy and a testament to his vision. The designer focused on silhouettes with flowing curves, fabrics that seemed to bounce and move sideways from the body, and his signature trompe l’oeil elements, blending classicism, fashion realism, and pop culture.

At the center of the show, Jonathan placed an artwork by Tracey Emin: a slender pole topped with a tiny bronze bird. “Captured in a moment of pause, it urges us to imagine the inevitable flight and, ultimately, its freedom,” the press release noted.

The collection featured T-shirts made from feathers, adorned with portraits of Mozart, Chopin, Bach, Van Gogh’s sunflowers, and Manet’s soldiers. Dresses were structured with crinolines and semi-transparent floral prints, paired with loafers, Oxfords, and high-top sneakers. Leather jackets were styled like cropped tops, and they matched perfectly with leather pants worn low on the hips.

Mini dresses shimmered with sequins, while tops had an intricate web of feathers. Loafers stood out with their elongated toes, and trench coats displayed sculptural hemlines. One of the highlights was a pearlescent coat crafted from real polished shells, meticulously split in half and assembled into a unified mosaic.
