London Fashion Week is officially on

A new season of London Fashion Week has officially begun — and day one set the tone with the city’s signature energy: fast, bold and just a little chaotic. Paul Costelloe opened the schedule, followed by presentations and shows from Keburia, Agro Studio, Maximilian Raynor, Mithridate, Mark Fast, Harris Reed and others, with H&M closing the day in the evening.

London also treated Fashion Week guests to unexpectedly warm weather, making the first day especially perfect for moving between shows — and, of course, for street style. As always in London, some of the most exciting fashion happened beyond the runway. The streets around the venues became a show of their own: layered looks, unexpected combinations, bold accessories and that unmistakable sense of freedom that makes London street style so distinctive.
