Raw Memory

05 Sep 2026

Set against the landscapes and textures of Boyacá, Colombia, “Raw Memory” pays tribute to a textile tradition shaped by hand, time and raw material. Ruanas, scarves, blankets and virgin wool are removed from their familiar forms and reimagined as sculptural silhouettes that envelop the body. Alongside wildflowers, sun-warmed skin and references to local devotion, the editorial celebrates the artisan woman and a craft whose value lies precisely in its resistance to industrialisation. Fashion becomes a way of preserving memory — honouring the knowledge, materiality and human touch embedded in every handwoven textile.
