Yandex Uzbekistan launches premium Ultima service in Tashkent
Rides in luxury cars and gourmet food delivery
Yandex Uzbekistan has introduced its new premium service, Ultima, offering luxury car rides through the Premier tariff and gourmet food delivery from the city’s finest restaurants. The service is now available in the Yandex Go app for users in Tashkent.
For Premier rides, black sedans with spacious interiors are available, such as the Hongqi H5, BYD Han, and Leapmotor C01, along with premium crossovers and other luxury vehicles. The rides are provided by drivers with a rating of 4.8 and above, who have undergone a rigorous selection process and additional training, including an online test and a video exam.
Special attention is paid to service standards: drivers always adhere to a business dress code, greet passengers at the car, open the doors, assist with luggage, and escort passengers to the vehicle in bad weather. The cars’ interiors are equipped with chargers for Android and iOS (including Type-C), refreshing wipes, and water for each passenger.
Ultima Yandex Go offers not only the most comfortable rides but also food delivery from over 15 gourmet restaurants, including places like Winesday, Teppanyaki, «Syrovarnya/Сыроварня», «Pro.Khinkali/ Pro.Хинкали», Cucucina, Kaspiyka, Brasserie Lambic, Benedict, Toku, and others.
The food is delivered by experienced couriers with high ratings, with an average delivery time of around 30 minutes. Each dish is packed in unique packaging that preserves its taste, freshness, and temperature—just as the chef intended. Additionally, users benefit from priority support, including order tracking at every stage and expedited resolution of any issues.
