1001 Seasons of Elie Saab
Highlights from a star-studded evening
A dazzling event unfolded in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as Elie Saab celebrated the House’s 45th anniversary. During the 1001 Seasons of Elie Saab show, the couturier unveiled a collection featuring 300 creations.
The Riyadh Season Collection Fall 2025 was designed exclusively for the Riyadh Season festival and draws inspiration from “One Thousand and One Nights.” Elie Saab reimagined the essence of Arabian princesses in the iconic style of his Maison, with styling by Carine Roitfeld, founder and editor-in-chief of CR Fashion Book.
The show opened with Halle Berry, who revisited her iconic Elie Saab look from the 2002 Oscars. Queen of the stage, Jennifer Lopez, shone in a feathered bodysuit and cape, joining the models, including Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, Sara Sampaio, and others. Music and fashion united in this grand event with performances by Céline Dion, Nancy Ajram, Amr Diab, and Camila Cabello.
The collection included feathered designs reminiscent of the 1920s. At the heart were lavish silhouettes, stunning regal gowns fit for royal occasions, and iconic pieces destined to remain in Elie Saab’s legacy.
The front row was equally opulent: Hande Erçel in a delicate powder-pink embroidered dress, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in an elegant white ensemble adorned with roses, and Tamara Kalinic in a flowing black look with contrasting gold accents, among others.
Elie Saab’s Maison continues to champion Arab haute couture on the global fashion map. Forty-five years of success stand as a testament to the power of creativity, culture, and the unity of a star-studded society.
